			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Changing your account is easy. Log into Tactile and click the &#8216;Admin&#8217; link. The final option on the new page &#8216;Your Account Details&#8217; allows you to regrade your account.</p>
<p>There are two important things to remember when regrading your account:</p>
<ol>
<li><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">Only the account owner can regrade the account</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">The system won&#8217;t allow you to regrade to a lower account if you have more in Tactile than that plan allows. If you need to do this, log in and remove clients, leads, etc. as necessary and then try again</span></span></li>
