Files

What counts towards my storage/file limit?

An files you upload, or attached to emails count towards your file limit.

Can I buy more storage?

As files are pooled across users, if you want more storage space, simple buy more users.

How many files can I upload?

Each user on the premium plan has 1GB of file storage. This is added to and shared with the other users.

For example if you have 10 users you will be able to store 10GB of files in Tactile CRM.

How can I see how much space is being used?

After you click ‘Add’ in the Files area of the sidebar, your usage and limit are shown at the bottom of the form
