Notes

What are notes?

Notes are an easy way to store information about things in Tactile as and when they happen. Speak to a client on the phone? Make a note about the conversation and as time passes you start to build up a valuable history of what has happened and who has said what.

Can I make my Notes private?

Yes. When you add a note, simple tick the ‘Make private’ check box and only you will see the note. It will also be a slightly lighter shade of yellow to help you distinguish it on the overview pages.
